Application of high protection grade waterproof switch for high pressure hot water cleaning equipmen

For food machinery, high pressure and hot water cleaning equipment, the packing scale control device on the food processing production line needs to be set separately. According to the requirements of health management, the whole high pressure cleaning must be carried out after the material change and the end of production every day. Here comes the question of how to select the switch to be installed in the main body of the device. If it is just an ordinary overall cleaning, only the usual waterproof switch can be selected, but there is no switch that can correspond to high pressure cleaning. Therefore, the switch cannot be directly installed on the main body of the previous packing scale control device, and the controller with power switch must be installed elsewhere with cable extension. Because of this reason, when food machinery is set and installed, the cost and working hours of setting the controller must be spent, so the user has been pursuing a better design. The waterproof switch with high protection grade can be installed directly on the device.
