Desung D-SWITCH R&D technicians go to Dongguan Technician College for further study

       In response to the national call and to accelerate the realization of China 2025, and to actively respond to Dongguan's strategic goal of building a "city of skilled talents", and to accelerate the cultivation of high skilled talents needed for the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shijie Town, the 2018 "One Town, One Product" Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Boutique Training Course was held at the Shijie Human Resources Bureau on the morning of May 18th. Yuan Qingnan, Vice President of Dongguan Technician College, Chen Xiaoling, Director of Shijie Human Resources Bureau Branch, and relevant leaders of the Vocational Training Guidance Center of the Municipal Human Resources Bureau attended the event。

  The Dongguan Technician College will start classes as scheduled, with plans to divide into two classes (including automatic control technology and industrial robot application foundation) for teaching and training, with both classes conducting training simultaneously. Providing free training for over 60 technical staff in the entire town, Yuan Qingnan introduced the basic situation of Dongguan Technician College at the opening ceremony and stated that the school will send experienced professional teachers to provide theoretical and practical training for students, ensuring that they achieve success and effectively improve their skills. Chen Xiaoling pointed out that the "One Town, One Product" skill talent training activity provides a platform for all employees in the town to learn knowledge and improve skills, creating more value for promoting the transformation and development of enterprises and accelerating the construction of Shijie Electronic Strong Town。

  It is reported that this training activity is jointly organized by Shijie Human Resources Bureau and Dongguan Technician College, based on the actual situation of talent cultivation in our town, to create a high-quality training course on intelligent manufacturing technology. More than 60 technicians from 20 enterprises in the town participated in this training, with each class lasting six days and weekend classes. The course content is rich and comprehensive, combining theory with practice. Since its official implementation in 2017, this training program has provided free training to more than 120 technical employees from 34 enterprises in our town. The training program focuses on the intelligent manufacturing technology needed for the current industrial development in our town, aiming to cultivate and gather a group of intelligent manufacturing technology talents urgently needed in our town at present and in the future, create new advantages in Shijie manufacturing, and promote enterprise transformation and upgrading。
